Role Overview
As an Associate in BCN PEG, provide technical expertise for internal product development and end-client case delivery.
Work with global Bain teams to solve business problems using AI and specialized technical knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs and related technologies.
- Integrate LLM platforms through Python-based APIs for summarization, classification, extraction, reasoning, and automation.
- Develop prompt frameworks, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and tool-calling systems.
- Translate business problems into practical AI solutions with consultants and case teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and support solution planning and design.
- Deliver secure, robust, documented solutions aligned with engineering and governance standards.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
