Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for onboarding new PSP and SP data sources
Support the setup, validation, and processing of incoming patient data feeds under supervision
Perform routine data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of data
Help identify and escalate data anomalies or process issues to senior team members for resolution
Work with vendors and internal teams to track data delivery timelines and maintain issue logs
Maintain documentation for data processes, checks, and issue management
Follow Amgen’s privacy, security, and compliance guidelines for handling patient-level data
Support data access and approval workflows by maintaining logs and ensuring accurate recordkeeping
Assist in implementing data governance processes to ensure traceability and secure access to sensitive datasets
Contribute to internal reviews or audits by providing required data documentation
Collaborate with Patient Data Management, Technology, and Patient Access teams to support ongoing data operations
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Amgen’s data systems and governance practices
Contribute to process improvement by sharing observations and suggesting small enhancements to workflow efficiency
Learn and apply foundational data management concepts, tools, and technologies to grow into a more independent contributor
Awareness of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Exposure to working with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with Agile or Product Team ways of working
Experience in multinational or cross-time-zone collaboration (academic or professional)
