An award-winning law firm with a strong reputation for advising clients across the technology, innovation and digital economy is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial lawyer to lead and grow its Corporate & Financial Services practice.
The firm acts for governments, multinational organisations, high-growth businesses, investment funds and entrepreneurs on complex corporate and commercial matters.

This is more than a traditional Partner role.
It's an opportunity to take ownership of an already successful practice with an established client base, a strong referral network and a talented team already in place.
You'll have the autonomy to develop the practice, strengthen client relationships and help shape the firm's long-term strategic direction.
The Role
- You'll lead a team advising clients across a broad range of corporate, commercial and financial services matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Corporate structuring and governance
- Commercial contracts and transactions
- Financial services regulatory matters
- Investment funds, fund establishment and related advisory work
- Cross-border corporate transactions
- While experience advising funds clients is important, we're not seeking a dedicated funds specialist. Instead, we're looking for an accomplished corporate lawyer who understands the sector and can confidently advise clients as part of a broader Corporate Commercial practice.
- Working closely with the firm's leadership team, you'll play a key role in expanding the practice, mentoring lawyers, strengthening market presence and identifying new opportunities across the UAE.
About You
- You'll be an experienced Corporate Commercial lawyer with:
- Around 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong UAE experience, including advising clients across mainland UAE, DIFC and ADGM.
- Broad Corporate Commercial expertise, with exposure to financial services and investment funds.
- A commercial mindset and genuine passion for business development.
- An existing client following, referral network or demonstrable ability to generate new business.
- Experience leading transactions, managing key client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE corporate legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience advising technology, fintech or other high-growth sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
