Associate, Operations - Strategy Implementation

Day to day responsibilities

As an Associate supporting Strategy Implementation at Kroll Agency and Trustee Services, you will assist with the delivery of Change Management, Integration, Technology Enhancements, Product and Geographical expansion, and Desk Extension priorities.

You will contribute to project coordination, collaborate with team members, and help ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting successful delivery in alignment with Kroll Agency and Trustee Services vision and growth objectives.

You must be able to maximise optimisation opportunities, applying best practice and scrutinising technical support to ensure you;

• Provide Operational expertise and advice to specific KATS wide projects and allocated workstreams.
• Proven organisational skills, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiating.
• Experience in managing complex projects, following project plans and supporting tracking and measuring performance.
• Strong communicator able to articulate and present written and verbal information at all levels.
• An ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and confidence to make measured decisions.
• Experience in prioritising, using initiative, managing stakeholder expectation and delivering time pressured projects.
• Experience of system and process optimisation.
• An ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work effectively as part of a team.
• A demonstrable track record of ensuring delivery of key projects in line with agreed timelines and budget.
• Assist in the development and execution of global strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and trustee and agency market dynamics.
• Work closely with the lead of strategic implementation to support the effective and comprehensive delivery of key project deliverables
• Utilise technology and advanced analysis to provide and contribute impactful insights to KATS stakeholders
• Support the translation of strategic objectives into actionable plans, overseeing implementation across various teams and business units.
