Role Overview
Bruker India is seeking an Associate, Order Management to be based in Bengaluru, India.
The role supports order processing, customer and subsidiary coordination, international documentation, compliance, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase order information through SFDC.
- Create sales orders in SAP after technical and commercial clarification.
- Issue pro forma invoices and order confirmations in accordance with SOX compliance.
- Communicate with subsidiaries, trading partners, and customers about order content, deadlines, and postponements.
- Collaborate with master data, export control, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Create and apply for export documents, permits, and internal compliance approvals.
- Archive order-related documents.
- Process customer and order-specific data for reporting.
- Work on two shifts.
Qualifications
- A B.Com, M.Com, MBA, BBA, or another relevant qualification is highly preferred.
- At least two years of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience in sales operations-related roles is required.
- International business experience is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
