In this role, you will:
Lead the mechanical design and delivery of major transport and infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
Provide technical leadership across HVAC, ventilation, smoke management and mechanical building services systems.
Lead large multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to successful project outcomes across complex programs.
Manage project scope, programme, quality, risk and commercial performance.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, contractors and key project stakeholders.
Lead design reviews and provide technical governance to ensure quality, compliance and constructability.
Mentor, coach and develop engineers across the Mechanical discipline and broader Building Services team.
Support the growth of technical capability through knowledge sharing and professional development.
Lead proposals, contribute to pursuits and support the securing of future project opportunities.
Identify opportunities to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions that create better outcomes and value for clients.
You will contribute across a diverse project portfolio including transport, aviation, defence, mission critical, commercial and major infrastructure projects, providing strong project diversity and long-term career opportunities.
You will bring:
Degree qualifications in Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience within a Building Services consulting environment.
Demonstrated success delivering major transport, infrastructure or complex multidisciplinary projects.
Strong technical expertise across HVAC, ventilation and mechanical building services systems.
Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
