Associate Manager - SAP-SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, specifically for Response & Supply Planning.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of supply orders, working closely with the supply chain team.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Provide functional support and guidance to the SAP IBP team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and drive innovation within the team.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations and processes.
• Conduct regular training sessions to educate users on SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for any SAP IBP-related queries or issues, providing timely resolutions.

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects and delivering tangible business results.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP tools and technologies, including configuration and customization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP IBP solutions.
