Overview
Own warehouse trade spend results and escalate blockers preventing teams from reaching period targets.
Oversee contract management for FSV agreements and support trade claims processing and auditing for Quaker and Gatorade lines of business.
Support the Senior Supervisor and Finance in identifying trade process gaps and implementing solutions to improve trade performance.
Responsibilities
- Escalate deduction issues to logistics vendors, customers, and key account managers.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure coverage of logistics settlement accounts and compliance with warehouse and trade settlement procedures.
- Process trade spend checks, deductions, fund adjustments, and customer enrollments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage aged claims with Finance and Sales, including contracts, supporting documents, chargebacks, credits, and cash recovery.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze deductions, forecast cash flow balances, and report write-off activity.
- Implement trade payment efficiencies and process improvements with Finance and PACMAN Systems.
- Assist with S4 harmonization, balance sheet reviews, SOX testing, and ad hoc leadership reporting.
