Associate Manager - Reporting & Controllership

Job Purpose

Revamp cost accounting processes by instituting efficient procedures and rigorous controls, ensuring meticulous and timely financial reporting that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition procedures, ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance with industry standards

Provide in-depth analysis and strategic insights derived from comprehensive cost-related data, empowering organizational stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that optimize resource allocation and enhance overall operational performance.

Key Accountabilities

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards, focusing on cost-related metrics and performance indicators.

Manage the financial close processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring adherence to reporting timelines and accuracy of financial data.

Manage the monthly and annual cost accounting close processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the general ledger.

Review and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory accounts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of cost accounting processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
