Associate Manager/Manager, Strategic Projects

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience :5+ years in supply chain management, consulting, or operations
• Skills :
• Proven track record of managing large supply chain/procurement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, modelling and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• E xperience in supply chain technologies (ERP, TMS, WMS, AI tools, advanced analytics)
• Experience with LEAN/ Six Sigma
• Leadership : Ability to inspire, influence, and drive change across diverse teams

• Reporting Relationships: Individual contributor
• Stakeholders: Operation directors, procurement directors, Sales, Finance Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Office working with visits to manufacturing locations when required
