Pay Range
- The base salary range is $85,000 to $115,000.
- Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, deferred profit sharing, paid benefits, stock purchase discounts, and merit-based increases.
Role Overview
Drive the execution and evolution of interconnected and online merchandising strategies integrated with core merchandising.
Own key initiatives, build capabilities, improve merchandising processes, and influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
Merchandising Partnership and Enablement
- Act as the primary liaison between Merchandising and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with merchants on category strategies through insights, guidance, and problem-solving support.
- Drive incremental online sales through e-commerce functionality with Merchandising and E-commerce teams.
Customer and Associate Experience
- Improve interconnected customer and associate experiences across channels.
- Use customer insights, data, and competitive analysis to inform priorities and merchandising roadmaps.
- Ensure initiatives deliver customer value, operational improvements, and measurable sales impact.
