The Associate Manager will lead technology-focused CSR and technical skilling programs in Hosur and surrounding industrial clusters.

Programs cover CNC, mechatronics, electric vehicles, automotive technologies, industrial automation, and Industry 4.0.

The role combines technical training ecosystem knowledge with program management, centre operations, stakeholder coordination, and placement support.

Lead end-to-end implementation of CSR-funded technical skilling programs.
Develop plans, timelines, milestones, delivery strategies, corrective actions, and target tracking.
Manage multiple training centres and batches in line with approved scopes, budgets, quality standards, and CSR objectives.
Coordinate curriculum, trainers, practical training, assessments, certifications, industry exposure, and training infrastructure.

Serve as the key contact for CSR teams, implementation partners, training institutes, technical partners, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
Prepare review meetings, presentations, MIS, dashboards, reports, and impact updates.
