Associate Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations

You are a structured problem solver who can identify root causes, develop hypotheses, size opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.

You combine analytical rigour with customer empathy and understand the trade-offs between affordability, growth, and business economics.

You can influence without direct authority, build alignment across teams, and push initiatives from recommendation through execution.

You are comfortable using SQL and AI tools to analyze data, building dashboards to track key metrics, and developing high-level financial models.

You have 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, analytics, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
