Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare detailed L2, L3, and L4 schedules covering all project phases.
Establish project baselines and milestone tracking mechanisms.
Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks.
Prepare look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
Project Monitoring & Control
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and targets.
Conduct variance analysis and identify schedule deviations.
Track engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning progress.
Generate weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Support implementation of project control systems and procedures.
Resource Planning & Management
Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with project teams for resource loading and planning.
Analyze productivity trends and recommend corrective actions.
Support preparation of resource deployment forecasts.
