• Job Purpose: The job purpose of a Lead - Cell Maintenance is to manage and oversee the maintenance operations specifically for PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell) technology, ensure the optimal performance and reliability of PERC solar cells, lead troubleshooting and repair efforts, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to maintain high production quality and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all maintenance procedures for PERC technology comply with safety standards and protocols, focusing on handling and processing sensitive components like passivation layers.
• Innovation:
• Driving continuous improvement by leading R&D efforts to develop advanced solar technologies and identifying market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Overseeing the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
