Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods, including arranging shipments, managing logistics providers, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Support with the development and maintenance of transportation documents
- Maintain accurate records of import/export activities
- Review, audit, and verify all Logistics Service Providers’ invoices to ensure compliance
- Monitor and record all invoice records
- Reject invoices with missing records and incorrect charges and ensure logistic service provider is updated on invoice rejection and status
- Ensure proper follow up is done to resolve any disputed invoices on time
- Ensure managers’ approvals are obtained on time
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly accounts management report
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline, or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 2 years of relevant experience
- 0 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Solid written and verbal communication skills

Job Overview
- The Associate Logistics & Trade Comp Spec is responsible for utilizing existing Logistics & Trade Compliance procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
- They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and leverage conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Logistics & Trade Compliance and Supply Chain.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 2 years of relevant experience.

- A logistics related background is preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
