Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on time delivery and compliance with shipping regulations
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes, carrier performance, and freight costs to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, production planning, and procurement to align logistics activities with demand
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation, track orders in ERP systems, and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics KPIs and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to resolve issues and prevent delays
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, freight management, and international trade basics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with lean or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
- Usage of AI for reporting and dashboards (preferred)

What You Will Be Doing
