Role Overview
Medtronic is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia.
The role collaborates with internal teams and third-party logistics partners to support efficient product delivery, quality, compliance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.
- Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and medical device regulatory requirements.
- Support stock transfers, product launches, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams.
- Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
