Role Overview
The Associate - Landscape Architecture role operates as a senior design professional responsible for strategy, innovation, and excellence in landscape architecture design and delivery.
The role combines project leadership, team management, technical oversight, client engagement, quality assurance, thought leadership, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a line manager when required by mentoring staff, monitoring timekeeping, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
- Delegate technical work and direct less experienced staff on assigned project tasks.
- Monitor budgets for specific project tasks.
- Lead multiple landscape architecture projects and define roles and responsibilities.
- Lead client interfaces and manage contractual requirements.
- Conduct design reviews, site studies, workshops, presentations, and client meetings.
