Responsibilities
- Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
- Process claims according to company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Gather missing client details or clarifications for claim adjudication.
- Flag errors, discrepancies, and incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation.
- Resolve basic claim issues with team support and escalate complex cases.
- Follow policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance, or master's degree in Statistics.
- Required skill areas include insurance, property and casualty insurance, risk management, and underwriting.
- English is required at intermediate B1 proficiency.
