The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Fluke Security, Fortive Shared Services, and other Fortive Operating Companies (OpCos) to support enterprise platforms, improve operational reliability, enhance security posture, and ensure technology solutions align with both business and cybersecurity requirements.
Operating within a shared-services model, this role serves as a key bridge between Fluke, Fortive infrastructure teams, managed service providers, and security stakeholders.
The position combines operational systems administration responsibilities with participation in architecture reviews, infrastructure planning, technology modernization initiatives, and security-focused improvements.

- Participate in technical design and architecture reviews for new technologies, platforms, and services.
- Assist in evaluating infrastructure solutions proposed by Fortive Shared Services, vendors, and project teams.
- Assess operational impacts, scalability, resilience, supportability, and long-term sustainability of proposed solutions.
- Support development of infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Provide technical input into lifecycle management and technology refresh initiatives.
Security Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner closely with Fluke's Information Security team on infrastructure security initiatives and risk reduction efforts.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation, system hardening, identity security, endpoint management, and security control validation activities.
- Help evaluate infrastructure solutions to ensure alignment with Fluke security requirements and enterprise standards.
- Work with security and infrastructure stakeholders to continuously improve operational maturity and cybersecurity posture.
Fortive & Opco Partnership
- Collaborate with Fortive Shared Services and peer OpCos on infrastructure, cloud, and security-related initiatives.
- Participate in working sessions to understand enterprise platforms, standards, architecture guidance, and operational processes.
- Help evaluate infrastructure solutions and ensure alignment with Fluke business, operational, and cybersecurity requirements.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrable understanding of:
