• We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Network Security Engineer (L1/L2) with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing enterprise network and security infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network, security, Wi-Fi, voice, and data infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with firewalls, switching technologies, web proxy solutions, and strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, administration, maintenance, and support of network and security infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network stability, availability, and performance across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Voice environments.
• Provide L1/L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, and VoIP infrastructure.
• Support security policies, access controls, and network changes as per organizational standards.
• Coordinate network and security maintenance activities and planned outages.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors for installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network s and ensure timely incident resolution and escalation when required.
• Perform routine health checks, upgrades, backups, and documentation of network devices.
• Maintain and enforce operational processes, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Ensure accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and change records.
