Role Summary
Junior Analyst role within a Wealth Management Securities & Pricing team.
The work covers security master maintenance, instrument onboarding, securities pricing, fund and NAV updates, data quality controls, and investment trade lifecycle support.
The role collaborates with Trading, Operations, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, Custody, Settlements, Valuation, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and enrich securities across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives, money market instruments, and structured products.
- Capture and validate identifiers and static data such as ISIN, SEDOL, CUSIP, Bloomberg codes, exchange details, and currencies.
- Perform daily pricing, NAV updates, pricing controls, exception management, reconciliations, and data quality monitoring.
- Use approved sources including Bloomberg, Refinitiv, SIX, ICE, fund prospectuses, term sheets, and issuer documentation.
- Manage business queries, escalate trade-impacting or client-impacting issues, and support fund houses or administrators.
- Participate in application testing, UAT, release validation, post-deployment monitoring, and process improvement.
