Strategic Procurement and Supplier Management
- Coordinate procurement activities across sites and align strategic plans with operational needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for quality and cost-effective OPEX items.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and improve vendor performance.
- Plan CAPEX procurement needs, formulate EPC contract terms, evaluate bids, negotiate with vendors, and obtain approvals.
