- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of legal professionals, fostering a high performance culture
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in dispute resolution, gained within leading international law firms and/or in house environments, with significant leadership exposure
- Experience in energy, oil and gas, or similarly complex, regulated industries is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage large scale disputes, and engage with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, strategic, and capable of operating in a fast paced, high stakes environment
