Role overview
Develop and maintain clinical trial monitoring reports that support Risk-Based Quality Management across Novo Nordisk's global clinical trial portfolio.
Translate complex clinical data into actionable insights that support trial quality and patient safety.
Work in the Trial Monitoring & Reporting team within Novo Nordisk Global Business Services and Research & Development.
Key responsibilities
- Generate standard and customized Trial, Central, Medical Monitoring, and Risk Indicator reports.
- Develop or customize programs using CMP, Qlik Sense, SQL, SAS, JMP, Power BI, Databricks, Python, and R while integrating multiple data sources.
- Prepare detailed report-development specifications based on stakeholder requirements.
- Produce ad hoc reports for AESI, data-cleaning cycles, protocol deviations, site data-entry status, and subject lists.
- Create validation documentation, conduct peer reviews, and design templates using data models or mock data.
- Participate in monitoring report meetings, record minutes, advise on data availability, and follow up on action items.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Information Management, or an equivalent qualification.
