Role overview
BNY is seeking a full-stack engineer for its Wealth Services Platform.

Software delivery
- Design, build, test, and deploy applications aligned with business needs.
- Write maintainable front-end and back-end code for core project deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.
Engineering collaboration
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through pairing, code review, and knowledge sharing.
Quality and improvement
- Drive coding, testing, debugging, and deployment best practices.
