Job Description
Assist with developing and deploying enhancements and new applications for local, networked, cloud-based, and internet-related computer programs.
Work under the supervision of an experienced senior professional and collaborate with project teams, business analysts, end users, and other stakeholders.
Support timely delivery of effective, efficient, and high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document system requirements for project understanding.
- Research coding best practices and assist with routine development tasks.
- Gather and organize software installation and maintenance information.
- Collect feedback from users, developers, and project managers.
- Monitor industry news and trends related to emerging technologies and programming languages.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Workplace and Travel
- This position is located at the Cleveland headquarters office and is not hybrid or remote.
- Travel is expected at approximately 15%.
