- Ph.D. degree with experience in two or more areas: Operation Research, Supply Chain Management, Project & Contract Management, Total Quality Management, Finance and Accounting, Economics and Marketing, Health and Safety, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, Environmental and Sustainability Aspects
- Record of distinguished achievement in research in terms of both quality and impact
- University teaching experience at the graduate level
- Experience working with people from different ethnic backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with new teaching media and visual communication

Job Description
- Faculty members report to the Chair of the MEM and MPM programs and the Dean and participate in the growth and development of the programs, the College, and the University.
- Faculty members will be engaged in teaching in the Master’s and PhD programs of MEM and MPM programs, involved in research activities, and committed to university service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- An earned doctorate from an accredited institute in Engineering or related science field from a top 250 university in QS ranking.
