About the Role
Build and enhance an internal platform supporting operations, sales, and portfolio management workflows.
Create user experiences that help investment professionals analyze data, manage strategies, and make informed decisions.
Work on complex, business-critical applications with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
- Improve engineering ways of working, including CI/CD, automated testing, and best practices.
- Design and build complex workflow-driven user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
- Drive performance optimization, maintainability, and architectural consistency across applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-critical enhancements.
Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Experience building TypeScript tooling, large-scale production-grade frontend applications, and high-quality tested software.
- Deep understanding of UI architecture, state management, performance optimization, and user experience design.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, integration testing, mocking frameworks, production monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Ability to form positive relationships with partnering teams, sponsors, and user groups.
