Retail Center of Expertise
The Retail Center of Expertise develops and delivers proprietary retail products and solutions for category management, COGS optimization, pricing and promotion analytics, and customer analytics.
Projects range from three weeks to six months and may involve global case teams, Bain leadership, or end clients.
The team includes Directors, Managers, Project Leads, Associates, and Analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Implement responsive front-end designs with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN/UI.
- Integrate applications with Python/FastAPI back ends and REST APIs and optimize data interactions.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals and resolve defects promptly.
- Support Azure or AWS deployments using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/GitHub.
- Own design work from research and information architecture through prototyping, usability testing, and design QA.
