About the Role
The Finance Operations Associate supports day-to-day transactional finance activities focused on employee expense reimbursements and travel and entertainment expenses for EU and USA entities.
The role is based in India in a hybrid in-office model.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process employee expense and travel and entertainment claims for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Perform expense and Corporate Travel Account card reconciliations and verify payout details for ledger accuracy.
- Handle purchase order creation, invoice processing, and routine procure-to-pay issue resolution when required.
- Answer internal questions about expenses, payments, and procure-to-pay activities, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Maintain data quality, follow procedures and controls, and support audits with accurate documentation and explanations.
- Identify recurring issues, suggest enhancements, and support testing or rollout of process and system changes.
- Follow regional service-level agreements, audit requirements, statutory regulations, and record-retention standards.
