- Assist in execution of engineering activities ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Perform regular field visits to monitor construction progress and identify issues or deviations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors for coordination and communication
- Generate accurate reports including site progress updates, technical evaluations, and quality control assessments
- Contribute to development of project execution plans including engineering deliverables and schedules
- Identify and resolve technical challenges on site to mitigate risks and optimize performance
- Adhere to HSE policies and promote safety culture
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and quality management systems
- Provide technical support to internal team members and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in the EPCI industry
- Familiarity with project execution practices and engineering processes
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
- Understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards within the EPCI industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration

Job Overview
- The Associate Field Engineer utilizes existing Field Engineering procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
- They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards within the EPCI industry.
- Perform regular field visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues or deviations from design, and propose corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate accurate and detailed reports, including site progress updates, technical evaluations, and quality control assessments.
- Contribute to the development of detailed project execution plans, including engineering deliverables, construction schedules, and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges on site, offering innovative solutions to mitigate risks and optimize project performance.
- Adhere to all HSE policies and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, as well as internal quality management systems.

Essential Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in the EPCI industry.
