About This Role
The Associate Field Engineer joins Automated Logic at an entry-level stage with a path toward becoming an expert in building automation.
The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of direct digital control systems and requires travel to changing project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and optimize direct digital control systems.
- Ensure controls, sensors, and software operate correctly, including configuring trends and alarms.
- Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status to teams and customers.
- Travel as needed and adapt to changing schedules and project locations.
- Use self-directed learning to master system complexity and take on more responsibility over time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid, current driver's license and ability to be insured by the company's insurance carrier.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Ability to work more than 8 feet above grade and use ladders and motorized lift equipment.
