Responsibilities
- Manage non-exempt direct and indirect labor teams to meet customer demand and achieve 100% on-time flow.
- Set shift goals, schedules, labor workflows, and team organization to meet production plans.
- Lead Tier 1 activities and ensure policy, procedure, and regulatory conformance.
- Ensure quality activities are completed across cells and achieve first-pass-yield targets.
- Schedule multiple cells, train new operator-level hires, and resolve materials and logistics issues.
