What you will do

• - Develop and maintain automated solutions with a keen eye for potential problem sources.
• - Drive continuous improvement in our recovery processes.
• - Provide expert insight and knowledge to our support team and automated operations unit.
• - Share your domain expertise with the analytics and automation team to bolster case development and analysis.
• - Initiate and manage the change introduction impact analysis process.
• - Coordinate with external suppliers/partners in case of incidents.
• - Support server and application interconnections, focusing on user access management.
• - Meet Service Resource Fulfillment activities end-to-end including planning, execution, testing, reporting and logging.
• - Validate and execute developed use cases, extending knowledge sharing to domain support.
