Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, along with solid scripting and integration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM suite (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
- Implement and maintain CMDB with proper data modeling, governance, and best practices.
- Configure and manage Discovery schedules, probes, and sensors.
- Develop and maintain Service Mapping for business services.
- Configure Event Management, including event rules, alerts, and integrations with monitoring tools.
- Build and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud teams).
- Participate in platform upgrades and instance management.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
