Corporate Associate \| Dubai \| International Law Firm
We are currently working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate to its growing Dubai office.
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team advising on a broad range of corporate transactions across the Middle East, including:
• Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity investments
- Joint Ventures
- Corporate restructurings
- Cross-border transactions
- General corporate advisory matters
- The team acts for multinational corporations, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and high-growth businesses across a variety of sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-7 years' PQE gained at a recognised UK, US or international law firm
- Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
- Excellent drafting and client management skills
- A desire to work on high-quality international matters within a collaborative team environment
