Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in designing and developing technology solutions
- Strong experience designing and developing technology solutions using a variety of platforms, programming languages, and tools
- Experience in software architecture and technical solution design
- Strong expertise in technology architecture with the ability to deep dive into complex technical problems and drive effective solutions
- Strong understanding of business and industry contexts, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions
- Experience owning the delivery of complex technology solutions for global clients
- Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders on technology, architecture, and operations strategy
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Experience working across globally distributed teams and managing multiple technology tracks simultaneously
- Ability to lead by example and contribute hands-on coding for complex functionalities when required
- Strong understanding of modern technology platforms, software development practices, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies
- Experience conceptualizing and implementing scalable, customer-focused technology solutions
