Associate Director - Transformation and Strategy

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in complex, large-scale environments and has the drive to lead meaningful organizational change from the front as part of enterprise transformation and strategy team

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead change control, risk management, and steering committee reporting while driving front-to-back integration across operating model redesign, rebranding, workforce transformation, regulatory closure, and client readiness initiatives.

Partnering closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across workstreams

As a support member of the Integration Management Office, incumbent will own end-to-end integration governance and execution across critical transformation programs.

Demonstrate success navigating large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
