The Opportunity
The Associate Director contributes to the production and development of the commercial mortgage portfolio.
The role analyzes application documents and ensures information is consistent with internal, insurer, and investor policies.
The position focuses on CMHC, construction, and conventional commercial real estate financing requests.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- The stated salary range is $85,000-$120,000.
- The compensation package includes base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide oversight and support to analysts by reviewing underwriting, credit applications, and loan commitments.
- Handle complex transactions, work with clients and prospects, make credit and structuring decisions, and recommend mortgage solutions.
- Analyze property financial information and third-party reports to determine loan sizing, terms, pricing, and compliance.
- Prepare loan summaries, financial analyses, credit documents, letters of interest, and commitment letters.
- Coordinate with funders, investors, legal teams, clients, and consultants to satisfy loan conditions and complete transactions.
