Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI products as a hands-on squad lead.
- Drive software engineering, solution architecture, DevOps, and AI innovation across cross-functional squads.
- Lead development of enterprise AI products using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation.
- Engineer agentic workflows with planning, tool calling, reflection, memory patterns, and guardrails.
- Define product requirements and evaluate architecture, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.
- Build reusable platform patterns and engineering best practices.
- Establish privacy and security controls, including access controls, encryption, secure secrets, and audit collaboration.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, coding standards, coaching, and hiring input.
- Lead squads through the full software development lifecycle and production deployment.
- Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices, observability, monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, digital product delivery, technology leadership, or related technology domains.
- Experience with full-stack engineering, GenAI and Agentic AI, scalable integrations, cloud-native architectures, data-driven applications, and enterprise software delivery.
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including agent architectures, RAG, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI agents, business workflows, enterprise systems, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Experience with cloud-native engineering, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and reliability practices.
- Understanding of AI risk, security, responsible AI, observability, monitoring, and operational controls.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile project delivery.

- Technical curiosity, learning agility, ownership, resilience, and continuous improvement are expected.
Secondary Skills
- AI-assisted development tools, agent interoperability standards, and enterprise integration frameworks are nice to have.
- Experience applying agentic solutions in corporate functions is nice to have.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Copilot is nice to have.
- Regulated-industry delivery experience and advanced education or certifications are nice to have.
Work Arrangement
- The position uses a hybrid work arrangement with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days.
- No travel is required.
