Sales operations responsibilities
- Act as the operational link across business functions and manage communication for launches, commercial changes, incentives, recruitment updates, and key information.
- Improve sales processes, policies, procedures, SOPs, lead management, registration processes, CRM accuracy, and the broker and buyer journey.
- Support Sales and Sales Administration teams with operational issues, escalations, complaints, project readiness, training coordination, and documentation.
- Work with sales leadership to improve pipeline processes, sales readiness, CRM adoption, and operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of real estate development experience, including 3–4 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead management, sales progression, Salesforce CRM, and real estate broker and buyer journeys.
- Experience developing and improving sales processes, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, process discipline, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- The role requires confidence working across functions and with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
