Amplify is seeking a strategic, empathetic, and experienced professional development leader to join our Customer Success and Development team as the Associate Director, Professional Development Delivery.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead a regionalized professional development team and ensure that district and school partners receive high-quality, coherent, and impactful professional learning that supports successful implementation of Amplify’s core, supplemental, and assessment programs.

Directly manage and coach a regional team of PD Strategists and Lead PLS, setting goals and driving growth.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture centered on customer impact, accountability, and excellence.
Turn company and regional goals into clear plans, ownership, and success metrics.
Track performance, capacity, and commitments, adjusting and escalating risks as needed.
Equip PD Strategists with the tools and guidance to deliver effective strategies.
Partner with regional leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
Model Amplify’s values and DEI commitment across team leadership and partnerships.
Lead multi-year, district-wide PD strategies aligned to customer goals and product adoption.
Establish delivery standards to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across accounts.
Oversee execution of complex PD engagements, including scoping, staffing, logistics, and budgeting.
Support strategists, PLS, and coaches in advising district leaders and preparing for delivery.
Attend key engagements to assess implementation and inform team-wide improvements.
Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts and support executive conversations.
Partner with CSMs and Sales to align PD strategies with account goals and outcomes.
Provide interventional support and recovery plans for high-risk implementations.
Build trusted relationships with district leaders and advocate internally for customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams—including CS, Sales, Product, and Content—to deliver superior PD.
Support pre-sales proposals, solution design, and customer presentations.
Share best practices across regions and provide product feedback to improve learning materials.
Establish operational rhythms for account planning, tracking, and risk review.
Use customer feedback and delivery metrics to improve practices and prioritize support.
Oversee operational duties including timecard/expense approvals, capacity planning, and efficiency.
Provide flexible leadership across PD and CS as business needs require.
Partner with regional leaders on escalations, team health, and regional priorities.
Lead ad hoc initiatives and ensure continuity during organizational transitions or capacity constraints.
