About the Role
Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Credgenics’ collections and debt resolution product portfolio.
Define the long-term roadmap and mentor a team of product managers.
Partner with business, engineering, design, data, and executive teams to drive innovation and scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define product strategy and vision and develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with growth and market expansion.
- Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing product management team.
- Partner with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders on company-wide initiatives.
- Use customer feedback, market intelligence, and analytics to deliver impactful product experiences.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-release optimization.
- Use SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to define KPIs and track success.
- Embed data protection, audit, and compliance standards in every release.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales to drive enterprise adoption.
- Explore AI/ML applications, automation enhancements, and new product lines.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of product management experience, including 1–2 years in team management or a senior individual contributor role.
