Associate Director, Lead Software Developer

Experience using AI tools like GitHub copilot and Windsurf for development tasks.

Understanding of the trade lifecycle (order → execution → settlement)

Experience with ‘Agile’ style development methods

Experience with market data integrations (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)

Exposure to pricing, risk (Greeks), or real-time P&L

Experience with containerization and cloud tech (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
