Turner & Townsend is seeking an accomplished Associate Director - Infrastructure Strategy, Governance & Programme Delivery to support a major public sector client on a portfolio of complex infrastructure programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic oversight acros
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and advisory support across the client's infrastructure portfolio
- Oversee the development and implementation of programme delivery, governance, procurement, and commercial frameworks
- Lead benchmarking and gap analysis exercises to identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence
- Support the delivery of major infrastructure programmes from planning and procurement through execution and close-out
- Provide guidance on contract administration, commercial matters, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and support effective decision-making at a senior level
- Ensure programme delivery aligns with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in infrastructure strategy, governance, and programme delivery
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Expertise in procurement, commercial management, and risk management
