Role overview

The HR Lead for Saudi Arabia will lead country HR strategy and execution.

The role represents HR on the Country Leadership Team and advises business leaders on people strategies.

The position operates within a multinational HR team and provides HR solutions and services.

Primary responsibilities

  • Represent HR on the Saudi Country Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement HR plans based on business strategies and HR implications.
  • Guide business leaders on talent management, employee development, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and performance management.
  • Execute global divisional organizational, talent, and divisional strategies.
  • Support initiatives to attract key talent and strengthen the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support effective employee relations.
  • Drive HR operating model transformation and improve HR processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, operations, divisional colleagues, and support functions.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and the Levant HR community.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business, or a similar field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in human resources management as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Lead.
  • Track record advising and counseling business leaders and influencing employees at all levels.
  • Experience designing and implementing HR solutions for local requirements and cultural transformation.
  • Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
  • Track record implementing pragmatic and effective HR policies.
  • Foundation in talent management, engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia labor market and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, coaching, counseling, communication, prioritization, resilience, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • English and Arabic proficiency, both written and oral.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to create a positive environment.
