Role Overview
The HR Lead for Saudi Arabia will lead country HR strategy and execution.
The role represents HR on the Saudi Country Leadership Team.
The position advises business leaders on people strategies and provides HR solutions and services as part of a multinational HR team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand business strategies and HR implications, then develop and implement aligned HR plans.
- Guide leaders on talent management, employee development, culture, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, compensation, and performance management.
- Execute global divisional organizational, talent, and divisional strategies.
- Support employer-of-choice initiatives and efforts to attract key talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and support employee relations.
- Transform the HR operating model and improve HR processes and tools.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, operations, divisional colleagues, and support functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and the Levant HR community.
Requirements
- Experience leading country-level HR strategy and execution.
- Ability to advise business leaders on people strategies and HR solutions.
