Role Overview
Lead engineering work on mid- to large-size projects.
Provide specialized technical expertise for engineering studies and design efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead engineer on mid- to large-size projects.
- Provide specialized technical input to studies and designs within the area of expertise.
- Approve and sign off on work.
- Present complex technical solutions to clients.
- Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others.
- Participate in technical proposal development.
- Prepare engineering budget and schedule estimates for large projects.
Requirements
- 15–20+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Master's degree is preferred by some organizations.
Onboarding Requirement
- Newly hired employees must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
